We’re delighted to announce that FreshMinds won the award for Financial Research at the Market Research Society Awards 2013. The winning project was a collaborative effort between FreshMinds and our client, Investec, to develop an innovative new banking proposition.
Despite stiff competition from other finalists, the FreshMinds entry was considered to have had greatest value to the client, with our ability to successfully reach niche audiences particularly singled out by the judges.
Our work with Investec formed part of their new product development process. After helping Investec gain a richer understanding of the High Net Worth market and test the appeal of product constructs with prospective customers, we worked collaboratively with our client to design Voyage by Investec, a new account that’s already proven to be hugely successful.
We’re proud that our work influenced almost every stage of the design process, shaping everything from the target market and product’s features right through to a new set of branding messages around the account.
It’s safe to say both we, and Investec, are chuffed with our award win and the trophy has already taken pride of place in the FreshMinds award cabinet.
